Art Kliewer is a Senior Manager with Yetter Consulting Services, Inc. and manages the general consulting areas of the Yetter practice. Art's client base ranges from small & mid-size entities to Fortune 500 companies. Areas of expertise include tax research and client support related to nexus reviews, voluntary disclosure agreements, transactional taxability analysis and planning, audit assistance, and tax process reviews.

Art is a faculty member of the Sales Tax Insitute and co-presented a webinar on nexus issues with Sabrix, Inc. Art has also written or edited research materials for CCH and Lexis-Nexis. Prior to joining the firm, Art was the Operations Tax Manager for Clarke American Checks in San Antonio, Texas. His responsibilities included the coordination of all sales tax compliance, research, planning and audit support for Clarke American and affiliated entities as well as several significant tax projects and initiatives. Art also served as the Director of Corporate Taxation and Accounting for World Airways, Inc. and began his tax career at Arthur Andersen LLP in Houston, Texas.

Art is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Art earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin in 1985.
